Garden Zones

Food Forest

A Food Forest, simply put, is a guild system. Each plant supports growth and offers disease-fighting capabilities to its neighbour. Come and take a tour of our food forest and learn simple techniques to improve soil and encourage a bountiful harvest

A large variety of exotic trees make up the Arboretum, originally planted circa 1910.

Spring Garden

The spring garden is a sight to behold. Tulips, bluebells, muscari, and blossom.

Tea Garden

Underdevelopment and currently amending the soil quality. This area will be filled with herbs and flowers whose seed, leaves, fruit and roots can be harvested to make tea.

“Don’t judge each day
by the harvest you reap,
but by seeds that you plant”

Robert Louis Stevenson
